The Role This is a hands-on leadership role focused entirely on bar operations. You’ll manage the bar team, develop a well-rounded drinks menu, and set the pace for consistent, high-quality service. You’ll be responsible for: Bar Operations: Leading the day-to-day function of a busy, design-driven bar Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing bar team Product & Presentation: Working with suppliers and venue leadership to refine a distinctive beverage offering Service Standards: Ensuring every guest receives polished, friendly, and efficient service As the venue scales, this role offers scope to grow your team and influence across multiple service points.
